I honestly don't know what all the fuss was about this place. I honestly think it could be fun.
Right, about me:
I kind of lost track of when I joined Elfwood. I believe it to be the year 2000, and currently I'm 18. When I initially joined, I didn't even have a scanner at the time, so my work was done in MSPaint. (Hey, don't knock it. :p) Suffice it to say, I needed some improvement. My progress was rather slow before that point, as I was fairly sheltered from my fellow artists. Upon joining Elfwood, though, my work progressed at an alarming rate. I'm now able to achieve things that I never dreamed possible, and authors are contacting me to do illustrations for them. I still think I need some improvement, but I'd like to believe that I'm certainly on my way to my goals. Currently I'm looking forward to studying Animation in college, and some aside goals include illustration, putting together a webcomic, helping my brother along with a pitch he's making to Cartoon Network by doing his production design artwork, and, perhaps, somewhere along the line, putting together some children's books. I reiterate: I've got a long way to go, but it's nice to dream. :p XD

I'm saddened that a lot of new work disappeared after the crash, but it's also given me the opportunity to whip up even more things to add. I suppose I should just look at this as a second chance, to rethink the removing of some pictures I'd let go. XD Anyway, if anyone has any questions, or if anyone has any critiques or advice for me, don't hesitate to contact me. I don't bite. ...Much.
I'd be interested to hear other people's stories, too! Get typin'! Current Mood: mellow
I had to share...
I just recieved a comment in my FanQuarter telling me that I'm pretty good, but I should do some InuYasha characters.
You know, cause they're sooooo hard to find in FQ and all that. ^_^ Hehe.
Sorry. I found it wretchedly amusing. Current Mood: amused
